On behalf of the Journal of Biology and Medical-Research, as Editor-in-Chief, it is my distinct honour and privilege to inform you that, it’s been years we have started the Journal, now we are celebrating the Anniversary and we are privileged to welcome Analytical Society to our journal. As Editor-In-Chief it is my great pleasure and honour to welcome you to our Journal of Biology and Medical-Research.

The Journal of Biology and Medical-Research aims to disseminate knowledge and promote discussion through the publication of peer-reviewed, high quality research papers on all topics related to like molecular biology, theoretical biology etc. The open access journal is published by Insight Medical Publishing (iMedPub) who hosts open access peer-reviewed journals as well as organizes more than 100 International scientific Conferences.

Biology is the natural science that studies life and living organisms, including their physical structure, chemical processes, molecular interactions, physiological mechanisms, development and evolution. Despite the complexity of the science, there are certain unifying concepts that consolidate it into a single, coherent field. Biology recognizes the cell as the basic unit of life, genes as the basic unit of heredity, and evolution as the engine that propels the creation and extinction of species. Living organisms are open systems that survive by transforming energy and decreasing their local entropy to maintain a stable and vital condition defined as homeostasis.

Sub-disciplines of biology are defined by the research methods employed and the kind of system studied: theoretical biology uses mathematical methods to formulate quantitative models while experimental biology performs empirical experiments to test the validity of proposed theories and understand the mechanisms underlying life and how it appeared and evolved from non-living matter about 4 billion years ago through a gradual increase in the complexity of the system. See branches of biology. Biology derives from the Ancient Greek words of βίος; romanized bíos meaning "life" and -λογία; romanized logía (-logy) meaning "branch of study" or "to speak". Those combined make the Greek word βιολογία; romanized biología meaning biology.

The Journal is successfully running in the volume 4 issue 1 which covers a wide variety of specialties including Cell Biology and Toxicology, Oncology Microbiology, Biotechnology & reaching out to analytical scientists worldwide. The Journal emphasizes high-level research and education. Original research articles, reviews, short communications, and letters to the editors in the fields of biology and medical research and separation are welcome.

The Journal of Biology and Medical Research has assembled together renowned scientists in the Editorial board. All the manuscripts are subjected to vigorous peer review process to ensure quality and originality. In addition to research articles, the journal also publishes high quality commentaries reviews and perspectives aimed at encapsulating the latest knowledge that synthesizes new theories and advancement in the field of biological sciences. Researchers worldwide can access the articles freely without any restrictions or any subscription charges.
