On behalf of the Journal of Biology and Medical-Research, as Editor-in-Chief, it is my distinct honour and privilege to inform you that, it’s been years we have started the Journal, now we are celebrating the Anniversary and we are privileged to welcome Analytical Society to our journal. As Editor-In-Chief it is my great pleasure and honour to welcome you to our Journal of Biology and Medical-Research.

The Journal of Biology and Medical-Research aims to disseminate knowledge and promote discussion through the publication of peer-reviewed, high quality research papers on all topics related to like molecular biology, theoretical biology, structural biology, marine biology etc. The open access journal is published by Insight Medical Publishing (iMedPub) who hosts open access peer-reviewed journals as well as organizes more than 100 International scientific Conferences.

Phases of medical research

  • Basic medical research

Example areas in basic medical research include cellular and molecular biology, medical genetics, immunology, neuroscience, and psychology. Researchers, mainly in universities or government-funded research institutes, aim to establish an understanding of the cellular, molecular and physiological mechanisms of human health and disease.

  • Preclinical research

Preclinical research covers understanding of mechanisms that may lead to clinical research with people. Typically, the work requires no ethical approval, is supervised by scientists rather than physicians, and is carried out in a university or company, rather than a hospital.

  • Clinical research

Clinical research is carried out with people as the experimental subjects. It is generally supervised by physicians and conducted by nurses in a medical setting, such as a hospital or research clinic, and requires ethical approval.

 Medical research:

Medical research involves research in a wide range of fields, such as biology, chemistry, pharmacology and toxicology with the goal of developing new medicines or medical procedures or improving the application of those already available. It can be viewed as encompassing preclinical research (for example, in cellular systems and animal models) and clinical research (for example, clinical trials).

The Journal is successfully running in the which covers a wide variety of specialties including Cell Biology and Toxicology, Oncology Microbiology, Biotechnology & reaching out to analytical scientists worldwide. The Journal emphasizes high-level research and education. Original research articles, reviews, short communications, and letters to the editors in the fields of biology and medical research and separation are welcome.

The Journal of Biology and Medical Research has assembled together renowned scientists in the Editorial board. All the manuscripts are subjected to vigorous peer review process to ensure quality and originality. In addition to research articles, the journal also publishes high quality commentaries reviews and perspectives aimed at encapsulating the latest knowledge that synthesizes new theories and advancement in the field of biological sciences. Researchers worldwide can access the articles freely without any restrictions or any subscription charges.
